▲ Self Confident - He's completely certain he can get things done, is fully confident on his abilities, both physically and mentally.
▲ Decisive - A quick thinker, he can make a decision fast and usually with a very good outcome. Be it a difficult situation or something simple, he'll deal with it promptly and without any hesitation.
▲ Persistent - Once his mind is set on something he won't give up, it doesn't matter how long it takes him or how difficult it'll be he'll get whatever he wants to done and won't rest until he's able to obtain the results he wanted.
▽ Egotistic - Very much full of himself and quite narcissistic, the man positively loves himself and is convinced he's possibly the best thing next to bottled orange juice.
▽ Demanding - He expects nothing but the very best from himself and this branches out to his expectations for the Omegas, in turn this makes him a very strict and unrelenting leader. All of his issues aside he's a very proud member of Alpha Omega and will do whatever it takes to make it be the best.
▽ Indifferent - Your car broke? Your window is stuck and you can't close it anymore? Someone threw your homework down the hill? Don't come to him expecting to get any pity or some caring words. Scott isn't very much bothered by the problems of others unless said problems will, one way or another, tie to him.

History:

A single child, Scott's never known a moment in which he hasn't obtained what he wanted or had his way. He spent most of his life in Hilo Hawaii as his mother was born and raised there, his father, a man from Ohio, met her on a business trip and after quite a few subsequent trips back to the place he moved there. Though as a Mulligan it was already set for him to become a member at Alpha-Omega, and having received his invitation to the university at age 18, he put it aside, deciding to work with his father instead and gain some experience as he thought the interests of the company were more important than continuing his studies. Though his father did appreciate the help, after 2 years he thought it was time for Scott to continue with his studies and pick up where he left off as leader of the Omegas. Being left with no choice but to attend Nosh if he wanted to have a job to come back to, he rather reluctantly left his home in Hawaii and headed for Otaktay. In the end he wasn't the only candidate for leader of the Omegas, the son of the Lancasters, another family quite well known and respected in both the university and fraternity, was also set to be a leader. Either to his luck or dismay, the Lancaster boy, Frederick, wanted nothing to do with leading and decided to remain a regular member of the Fraternity, making Scott obtain the position as Omega leader. Now living in the Fraternity, half the time not being amused by his position as leader and the stupidity of others, he sometimes wonders if Frederick should've taken on 'the pain' of leading. Though not the nicest or friendliest leader the Omegas have had, he does take his job and duty to his family seriously and tries his best to keep 'his side' working in order.
